Project-Based Consulting

Project-based consulting is available for defined-scope engagements designed to address or support a specific challenge or initiative. This work is to help you get work done – I’m there to provide high-level guidance and direction, or simply to bolster your capacity to accomplish the task at hand.

Strategic Advising and Coaching

Strategic advising and/or coaching engagements provide a structured space for thought partnership, problem-solving, professional and personal growth, and organizational alignment. My approach is influenced by the interplay between our nervous systems and how we show up. This work is collaborative and steady — I am  with you in our sessions and available by text and email support as needed.

Fractional or Interim Leadership

  • Regulatory and administrative compliance
